I took a seven hour nap yesterday and woke up around midnight. I had seven missed calls and 12 worried texts. Lesson #1. Don’t ever take six classes in one day, it wears you out. Today I’m going to the doctor to see if I can finally take my brace off and stop using crutches. It’s been six weeks since I had knee surgery and I’m very much over being called a cripple.
